- Customer Success Manager is working for managing a Portfolio of HighRadius customer accounts with a Director of Finance Transformation in EMEA. CSMs should help Customers to get Value and ROI from HRC products
- You will be Coordinating to all operational aspects of the engagement with the company customers from onboarding to a renewal phase by having continuous management and engagement with these customers .
- This is a highly visible role and candidates should be able to understand the data points during an escalation, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with multiple teams with HRC to ensure there is a continued delivery of value to the customers.
