• You need to Manage the L & D framework that is aligned to the strategic plans of the organisation and also work to support the ENIL culture.

• You need to Develop and execute the annual plan for L&D

• Work and Liaison with Business to create multiple Content aimed at imparting domain knowledge to the teams in a very cost effective manner

• You will be required to Undertake regular employee communication surveys to measure & improve Organisation culture indicators

• Responsible to Develop and drive OD interventions, and also aimed at impacting Talent & Organizational Capabilities

• Work to Ensure creation of content for the Learning Management system and also adoption of LMS

• Effectively Communicate and market training programs to ensure high business awareness and commitment to investment.

• You work fo Continuously source and implement effective training evaluation and methods that focus on generating only ROI rather than training activity measurements that create the best ROI, while also maintaining acceptable quality levels

• You need to Report, Records and MIS that means you need to Manage the reporting for training investment and also work to records that enable ENIL to have an accurate understanding of training activity
