- You will minimize the impact on business operations by managing the process to swiftly return to normal service operation.
- Work to be accountable for organising and directing all operations necessary to carry out, keep track of, and report on the process.
- Responsible for carrying out the appropriate reporting procedure, engaging with the Incident Process Owner Point of Contact for all Major Incidents, and ensuring that the “Incident Management” process is implemented effectively.
- Keep track of the events to make sure the Service Level Agreement is adhered to.
- Determine, start, plan, and carry out incident reviews
- Make sure that all resolved and end-user confirmed incident records are closed.
- Establish cycles for continuous process improvement where the process’s operation, tasks, roles, and responsibilities, policies, practises, and assisting technologies are examined and improved, as necessary.

- Have 4–5 years of industry experience
- Possess 5 years of Managed Services experience in ITIL Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
