• Conduct thorough research on the industry, the market, and the competition Conduct valuation analyses on a variety of businesses utilising all recognised and pertinent asset valuation approaches and theories

• Segment markets depending on the sorts of properties and spot any high-risk or undesirable properties (e.g. low-line, very low chance of resale, poor quality construction, old construction areas etc.)

• By creating feasibility reports, value reports, project monitoring reports, and market surveys to gather information on the real estate market, you may assist in maintaining a healthy portfolio.
