• Should be having in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting and experience in search engine optimization tools and techniques & handling all aspects of SEO (On-Page and Off-Page SEO) & SMO, writing SEO content for blogs & websites.
• Coordinate with technical Department to get the Technical Issues resolved
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
• Successfully coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research
• Conduct keyword research and keyword analysis
• Responsible for link building on quality sites
• Manage Product Reviews 
• Perform on page and off page optimization activities like forum posting, guest posting, message posting, social bookmarking, one way quality links, classified submission, business listing and product review
• Direct off page optimization projects, collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Successfully carry out SEO Audit 
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes 
• Optimize website content, landing pages in a digital environment
• SEO will work independently and within teams to optimize campaigns and promotions
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends

SIB Infotech Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven working experience in SEO and link building
• Fundamental technical SEO knowledge based on Search Console, ScreamingFrog & other industry tools.
• Sound knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest trends.
• Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Good knowledge of WordPress
• Good knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including Google analytics, Webmasters, Google Recent Update and Algorithm changes
• Experience in Google Advertising. Google Ads certification & Google Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
