You will be responsible to Resolve all Incidents by Brainstorming with clients and other internal teams to define a problem. You need to Translating the Incident into a simplest problem
c. Work to Identify internal and external resource requirements for solving the incidents and also Demonstrate the Critical Incident Management skill.
 You will be responsible To maintain a strong Communication between teams (Customer & Internal)
 By Setting up regular meetings between Customer & Internal teams and act as Serving as the first point of contact for customers that are seeking technical assistance over the phone chats or email. Work with Excellent communication skills and have Proficiency in English. (As you will be dealing with US clients). The candidate should also be ready to operate in Night Shift with Basic Application Support and Basic Network Support Knowledge, and also have Network Security knowledge. Required to work interestingly in Cloud computing (Azure, AWS) (Training will be provided). You will be highly Responsible for Determining the best solution based on the issue and incidents and work to details provided by customers. As a support engineer, in-depth Understanding the coding language will be beneficial. Identify, and resolve IT support and helpdesk issues. Actually Troubleshooting scripts and company’s best practices. Engineers will Execute these activities as per defined KPIs and Work as per the established company’s standards and guidelines. You will be required to Identify better key areas and support knowledge management based on IT Incidents and Service requests.
