- You will be Driving the SDOF promises across the respective regions. This will entail analysis of the SDOF trends, identification of improvement action plans and also the implementation of the same.
- You will work on the Analysis of coverage and stocks at depo level and also be expedite supplies from plant and TL to depots
- Work on the Regular monitoring of service levels against KPIs and also act on the same
- Work To ensure adequate opening & closing stocks at depots

Asian Paints Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Identifying and driving the improvement action plans for the SDOF and SOFR promises for the regions. The improvement plans can range from very regular coordination with stakeholders, best practices to Kaizens, projects etc.
- Work on the Creation of deliveries for critical SKUs / Upload of critical SKU in SAP for dispatches from plant and also TL considering coverage and low stock SKUs to ensure service levels.
- Work on the Regular monitoring of stock outs and low stocks and actioning on low stocks cases by coordinate with plant / transporters / OBL team / production planning to ensure service levels
- You will be required to coordinate with the plant admin team / commercial team / product team / TL operations team to ensure best timely dispatches of stocks and critical SKUs.
- Always Keep tabs on stock outs, sale loss and also ALS and ensure servicing to depots on time and in full.
- You will be Ensuring adequate dispatches from dispatch centers so as to ensure the better or smooth operations at the DCs.
- You will Keep tabs on old stocks at plants and do allocation to sales depots as per alignment with the sales team.
- Work on Executive development projects assigned in areas of new initiative or systemic changes or analysis for better improving servicing parameters.
