• Execute company policies and risk control frameworks in accordance with government laws and regulations by applying and maintaining operational standards and best practises. 
• Help enterprises and local or regional teams understand the rules, data, and documentation for trade compliance operations so that imports and exports may be facilitated in accordance with risk-based advice from other functional teams. 
• To ensure data integrity, process adherence, control structure, and compliance performance, conduct trade compliance operations trainings, process reviews, and risk analysis. 
• In collaboration with other functional teams, manage local customs broker operations and forge links with governmental bodies. 
• In order to execute changes in procedures and controls, communicate with partners to escalate compliance requests and receive assistance on new and changing requirements.

• Metrics monitoring, data management, and risk trend analysis are used to guarantee trade compliance processes are under control. 
• Support risk analyses, application of rulings, escalations of government audits, and voluntary disclosures.

Cargill Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline 
• 10 years or more of expertise in customs compliance, including import, export, and trade 
• Ability to successfully direct the creation and implementation of a strategy in a complicated setting with a variety of stakeholders and interests. 
• thorough understanding of trade compliance operations and practical expertise in relation to the cross-border (import/export) regulations of the relevant country, including customs and other governmental agencies (OGA) 
• a solid working knowledge of trade compliance-related activities at the given area, such as HTS codes, Country of Origin, duty optimization/regimes, special trade programmes, export sanctions, and controls.
• Possess strong analytical abilities; familiarity with metrics/scorecards. 
• Process-oriented and highly adept at creating solutions for process improvement 
• English and the native tongue are both spoken and written with ease.
• Must manage a difficult trade compliance environment 
• Experience with SAP-GTS 
• Experience executing and ensuring trade compliance with Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Duty Drawback, and Free Trade Zone operations Knowledge of International Supply Chain, Logistics, and Indirect Tax.
