• The investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risk will fall under the purview of the Selling Partner Risk Operations Investigator’s diverse set of responsibilities. They will have prior trust and safety experience, e-commerce payments experience, and success in a customer-driven environment. Investigators will possess analytical skills and be successful in a fast-paced environment.
• This Investigator position will have very little managerial oversight and will require strong judgment to set and achieve targets. 
• It need exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to authenticate consumers and handle complicated transactions. It is anticipated that almost all judgments will be made independently, with little to no guidance, and with a high level of accuracy. 
• In order to achieve objectives, the TSE Investigator will need to communicate often verbally and in writing with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other corporate associates, and third parties. They might even be required to call customers. 
• Along with the department’s overall contribution to its development, productivity and quality assurance will be assessed.
