- You will actively Provide technical guidance to the team of Technical Support Engineers who provide Tier 2 technical support to carriers and other partners that sell all connected services to their end user customers
- Properly assess support requests amongst platform, device, web, and mobile application issues.
- Proactively escalate customer, and staff issues to management
- Collaborate with Automobile Engineering, Product Management, and external vendors to resolve all technical support issues
- Identify business gaps, work on developing business processes, and process improvements
- Provide technical support in response to all incoming inquiries via email, chat, phone or any other technologies
- Troubleshoot the reported issues, address other product service related questions, and provide technical assistance
- Identify, and document defects using Mojio processes and tools

- You will Serves as the primary customer point of contact for all the product technical support during the entire customer lifecycle
- Provides expert, fast, and other effective resolution to customers technical issues. Is the go-to expert on HERE product
- Provides end users support on updated issues for In Vehicles Infotainment systems (IVI Systems)
- Provides support to developers using company’s APIs and writes code samples, tutorials, and other technical articles for the developer community
- Manages incident escalation and also facilitates root cause analysis and incident response
- Responsible to Drive continuous improvement, takes ownership to solve technical challenges and also implement corrective actions
- Communicates effectively with all internal stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations
- Innovates, breaks silos, and other challenges the status quo in the pursuit of customer success
Here Technologies Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria
- Have 3 years of relevant technical experience
- Can Understand and troubleshoot map update processes in vehicles (IVI Systems)
- Have the Ability to research issues within Map Content, Traffic, SDK and Search APIs
- Must have Technical support experience with client, server, network, APIs, and cloud (AWS) service delivery
- Must have Perform Customer queries related to navigation. Experience with spatial databases is a plus
- Possess Incident and escalation management experience in 24/7 mission critical systems
- Must be Full-Stack developer skills: front-end, back-end, database, software design, web services, microservices
- Must have Proficiency in the following programming languages Java, Python and networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
- In depth Understanding of relational or object-oriented DB technologies and ability to write or debug SQL queries
- Have good Understanding of infotainment, telematics, and wireless communication technology with working experience across sectors – connected car, consumer electronics, public, logistics and telecom preferred.
- Have Degree in Computer Science, Computer, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Must be a Self-starter and proven record of executing in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
- Have Excellent organizational and data driven, analytical skills
