Food Corporation of India (FCI) has issued a job advertisement for the positions of Junior Engineer & Assistant (5043 vacancies) and Management Trainee/Manager (113 vacancies). Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech/Any Degree can apply for this position. The online test and interview are used to make the selection. About FCI:
The Food Corporation of India was established under the Act of 1964. It is the largest public sector in terms of food grain production. This corporation’s main goal is to support and protect farmers’ lives while also distributing food grains throughout the country for the public distribution system. This corporation’s vision and mission are to provide food grains at a reasonable cost, to produce an efficient product, and to store the food grains for public distribution.
Academic Qualifications:
Engineer, Junior (Civil Engineering)
Civil Engineering Degree Alternatively, a diploma in civil engineering with one year of experience is required.
Junior Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical)
With one year of experience, you should have a degree in electrical engineering, a degree in mechanical engineering, or a diploma in electrical engineering. Alternatively, a diploma in mechanical engineering with one year of experience
Grade II stenographer
Graduate degree with English typing and shorthand speeds of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m., respectively.
Grade III Assistant (General)
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university, plus computer proficiency
Grade III Assistant (Accounts)
Bachelor of Commerce from a reputable university, with computer proficiency.
Grade III Assistant (Technical)
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from a recognised university Alternatively, a B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science from a recognised university. Alternatively, a B. Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Biotechnology from a recognised University / an AICTE-approved institution is required. 2. Expertise in computer use.
Grade III Assistant (Depot)
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university, plus computer proficiency
AG-III (Hindi)
A recognised university degree with Hindi as a major subject. English proficiency, specifically for translation purposes. A one-year certificate/diploma course in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa from a government-approved university/institution. Given that the primary responsibility of Assistant Grade-III (Hindi) would be translation from English to Hindi and vice versa. The ability to type in Hindi would also be required. During the probation period, Hindi Typing at a speed of 30 words per minute will be tested. The candidate’s probation will be confirmed if he or she passes the prescribed Typing Test.

FCI Recruitment Selection Process: Online Exam (Phase I & Phase II) followed by certificate verification.
