UPSC NDA I 2022 Examination

Introduction

UPSC NDA I 2022- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification regarding UPSC NDA I 2022 examination in addition to this where NDA stands for National Defence Academy. UPSC NDA is led to choose the officials for Indian Defense Forces for instance Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Air Force. Eligibility Criteria for UPSC NDA I 2022

Required education qualification

12^th passed required in any stream to join Army wing. Whereas to join Air Force or Navel Wing 12^th pass is required along with Physics and Maths.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate is required in between 16.5 yrs to 19.5 yrs that too born not before 2^nd Jan 2003 and after 1^st jan 2006. Further age relaxation is also there as per the NDA I Exam 2022 rules.

Marital status

Only unmarried candidates are eligible to apply

Selection Process for UPSC NDA I 2022

Stages-

• Written examination
• SSB round (interview)
• Finally, medical round

Written test comprises of further two exams first is Mathematics and second is General Ability. Candidates are short listed further depending on the marks scored in each exam.  Then selected candidates called for Interview round.

SSB interview- SSB interview round check the skills and knowledge of the candidate. Interview round is of five days.  If candidate clears the SSB round further invited for medical round that is final round of the process.

Military doctors takes the medical round.  The selected candidates finally wait for merit list.

NDA exam date- 10^th April 2022

Application fee-

Application fee is not applicable for Female irrespective of Category/SC/ST candidates whereas for General/OBC candidates Rs. 100/- is the application fee
