As a BDR, you will have a key performance for outbound sales prospecting. Your work revolves around generating new leads and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline, until they’re ready to work to talk to the account executives and other sales “closers. You need to be Someone who can talk to customers, ask required questions to identify their needs, and then also explain solutions that will turn them into paying customers. As the first line of contact or communication with prospects, you will need to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads by starting new strong relationships, and setting their sales closers up for success. You should be a very quick learner with strong communication skills, and must have the ability to showcase their offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line company’s revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and also profitability. Responsible for identifying decision makers in organizations across key industries and also building a prospect list. Work to Generate new leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects on a daily basis and finding new potential sales accounts. You will Qualify prospects based on their current business challenges and also need to use targeted and relevant questions. You must be proficient at using a sales development platform to drive the outreach process consisting of phone, and social touches. Work to Meet or exceed qualified lead quota every month by Striving to continuously improve the sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn better and implement best practices. Work to Own and execute outreach to targeted accounts and prospect lists in a well personalized manner. Set up new meetings and calls between (prospective) customers and account executives. You are highly responsible to Monitor users acquired through free trials for their potential sales interaction by sharing insights from existing sales funnels and also evaluate the performance of lead sources. Must Be available for daily phone calls and meetings with customers and also other team members in other time zones. You would be responsible for generating a target no. of qualified leads in a month for the sales team using outbound outreach (email, cold calls, social selling. Convert Prospect into target account lists to identify the stakeholders to contact at each account. Personalize messaging based on the research to improve reply rates, showcase good empathy and build credibility to get them interested in the product. Qualify prospects by developing an understanding of their current needs and pain points. Pass well qualified prospects off to the appropriate sales by booking a proper meeting and sharing qualification notes.

- Have 2 plus years of experience in sales development, account executive and inside sales specialist role in a SaaS or Tech company
- Have Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Have the Ability to hit goals in a fast paced sales environment with very accurate lead management in a CRM, have proven by past experience and results
- Must be a Team player, with a strong self-starter attitude
- Have Desire and Must be drive to always be learning
- Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Should be Confident, positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- You should have one year experience prospecting on outbound leads.
- You should have worked closely with the other GTM teams and have driven registrations for online and in-person events like webinars, expert sessions, conferences, etc.
- You should have working experience on sequencing tools,enrichment tools, LI Navigator, etc.
- You should carry two copies of the Latest Resume.
- An Aadhar Card (original and photocopy) with three passport size photographs are must.
- You need to carry any two Government Certified ID Proof like Adhar card the PAN, Voter ID, Passport.
- Candidates should have all the necessary educational years certificates along with the xerox copies.
