• You will Drive the culture and the values of the organisation

• Need to Implementation of new policies, strategies , plans of the company at the clusters.

• You will Ensure that the staff are educated on the existing offers, memberships and other schemes

• Work on Continuous education and communication on the policies of the Lenskart company such as incentive, membership, etc

• You will Motivate the staff and ensure for the growth and also work for the development of the staff in terms of skill and position

• Need for Developing & Coaching Teams to excel in their Jobs and also do their jobs effectively and efficiently.

• You will Ensure the continuous upgradation of the skills of the staff at the stores
• Work on Achieving Lenskart store targets

• Highly Responsible for the Customer Query and Grievance handling.

• Responsible for Maintaining the customer service standards as per the norms

• Work on Improving the Lenskart audit scores in the clustered stores

• You will Create and implement the action plan to improve the mystery Lenskart audit scores based on the report.

• Work on Providing the solutions to the customers in the right way and take follow up to ensure that the customers are satisfied
• You will Authorized to extend the scheme, service or any other benefit to solve the customer grievance at that instance. This needs to be recorded and also reported immediately with all the details to the reporting authority
• You will Take the extra mile to make the customer happy if it is beneficial to the business
• Responsible for the Approvals of the petty cash expenses of the stores in the cluster

• Work on Continuous communication, calculation and verification of incentives and attendance before sending to the HR for processing

• Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Have at least 2-4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
• Possess Good knowledge of the region
