- Planning and carrying out the daily tasks of processing invoices, processing employee claims, maintaining suppliers, and carrying out other AP-related tasks without any errors
- Implement internal controls for all processes, such as monitoring duplicate payments, reviewing invoice setup and supplier selection, and handling voids and other unusual payments.
- Process trackers, overdue bills, debit balances, and ageing objects should be monitored and reviewed.
- Conduct process analysis, spot gaps, and offer suggestions
- Daily process and team metrics delivery and monitoring.

- Identify training needs and raise issues with the help of the manager and onshore supervisors.
