  • Managing all aspects of the company’s e-commerce account, including merchandising planning, online product listing, sales, marketing, and strategic decision-making, from merchandising to procurement. 
  • In charge of overseeing growth on e-commerce platforms including Nykaa, Purple Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces, including direct-to-consumer websites. 
  • Achieving the management’s set sales goals for the e-commerce division 
  • Digital marketing to increase sales on a D2C website. 
  • Developing the online vertical for our product category by leveraging key partnerships with prominent E Commerce partners. Strategic inputs into improving sale and growth on various platforms and own websites. Owning pricing and discount strategies and new launches on various platforms. Coordination with an external performance marketing agency. 
  • Supervising and running advertising campaigns. 
  • Offering insights about consumer shopping patterns to aid in choosing an assortment and locating holes in the selection.

  • In coordination with internal and external stakeholders important to its success, such as but not limited to customer service, logistics, and marketing, manage, scale, and oversee daily eCommerce business operations. 
  • To broaden our consumer base, raise brand awareness, improve traffic, and boost profits, we must concentrate on demand generation. 
  • Establish and facilitate long-term and short-term eCommerce plans that boost sales, take full advantage of expansion prospects, and improve current operations.
  • Determine sales trends and new business prospects that will strengthen your advantages and competitive position. 
  • Determine the strengths and vulnerabilities of your competition and put a plan in place to steal market share from them. 
  • Define your eCommerce goals and KPIs, along with the appropriate success measurements. 
  • Ensure that strategy decisions are data-driven and that resources are utilised to maximise growth and ROl by analysing metrics and data.
  • Examine all marketplace portals and create a comprehensive growth strategy to increase sales and product visibility. 
  • Projecting and achieving monthly and annual sales goals. 
  • Examine product listings, quality of the current catalog, and POA for higher rankings and greater visibility (organic & paid).
