• You will Design, develop, and deliver robust and new technology solutions to the organization’s sophisticated problems

• Work to Lead individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables using best methodologies
• Deliver high efficiency, availability, concurrent and fault tolerant software systems
• Significantly contribute to the development of Aladdin’s global, multi-asset trading platform
• Provide good impact and expertise as a senior individual contributor in building various strategies capabilities of the compliance system, including developing a next-generation compliance rule evaluation engine, a new compliance reporting platform and also rule management tool.

Blackrock Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Have at least 6 – 8 years hands-on experience in Java and Scala, Object oriented programming.
• Having an in-depth understanding of concurrent programming and also having experience in designing high throughput, high availability, fault tolerant distributed applications is required.
• Expertise in building distributed applications using NOSQL technologies like Cassandra, services like Zookeeper, and micro services architecture / SOA is required.
• Having Knowledge of Angular, Spring, SQL, Javascript, and CSS3 will be a plus
• Have Proficiency in streaming technologies including Kafka.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Must possess Proficiency with object-oriented and/or functional programming languages such as C++/Java/JavaScript/Python
• Have Strong SQL and database knowledge, and application design platforms (e.g., Angular, Flask)
• Must be Enthusiasm and have the ability to work in a team-environment, multi-tasking, collaboration and effective communication skills are a must
• Have good Experience in financial services preferred (investment banking/asset management)
• Have Knowledge of software development best practices (analysis, design, development, testing)
• Must be Identification of risk or gaps in a process and implementing plans to resolve
• Can be Researching, problem solving, and process re-engineering 
• Have the Ability to convey sophisticated concepts simply and clearly
