• Actively increase data flow from the field to regional managers in close collaboration. 
• Assist in the distribution of dashboards and the gathering of field data necessary for productivity measures in the relevant territories. 
• Continually update trackers for Central programmes to field teams for Manpower Mapping, Beat Designing, Field Monitoring, and Reinforcement. 
• Assist Regional Sales Heads in maintaining accurate data in the necessary formats and in distributing crucial information needed for team management and tracking. 
• Cooperate closely with Regional Managers to improve data transfer from the field to the office. 
• Assist in the distribution of dashboards and the gathering of field data necessary for productivity measures in the relevant territories.

• Work to the upkeep, improvement, and reporting of various internal data for presentations to Executive Leadership.

Reliance Retail Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Have 2–6 years of overall MIS function experience. 
• Telecom, FMCG, and retail industry experience is strongly preferred. 
• Working with field teams prior experience is preferred. 
• Power Query and advanced Excel would be advantages. 
• It is essential to have excellent data management abilities. 
• Capability to collaborate with sales teams in the field. 
• Knowledge of business support functions, taking into account internal client satisfaction. 
• Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities, especially the capacity to function effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment.
