• Having at least 6-9 years of experience in call centres, customer service is preferred.
• Must have 3-4 years of team lead experience is mandatory.
• Have Conceptual understanding of Remote sales

• Have strong Understanding of the remote sales market, product and range viz. service competitors
• Must have Prior experience in remote sales and planning would be an add on
