• Firstly Work with business and enterprise architects to groom requirements specifications in features and user stories
• Then Contribute to designing a technical solution to meet the requirements
• Further Plan and estimate the development and testing tasks required to deliver the features
• Also Deliver high-quality code that adheres to standards and best practices
• So Drive and own the creation of development standards and best practices for the team
• Moreover Perform code reviews for peers
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Furthermore Interact with other technical teams to identify and manage dependencies
• Finally Perform POCs and POTs and help solution modernization architecture
• Also Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives.
