• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting 
• Act as the single point of responsibility for solutions and coordinate resources globally to maximize the value for customers and Sungard AS 
• Create content and efficiently conduct operational and quarterly business reviews with contacts to customers at the executive and leadership levels. 
• Plan and lead end-to-end lifecycle projects with the customer. 
• Aid organisation projects from a customer standpoint to meet deadlines 
• Cooperate closely with internal teams and customers to actively communicate, listen, and comprehend requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Consult with clients to identify areas for improvement and submit suggestions for our tools and product team. 
• Support Knowledge Management, effectiveness, and efficiency 
• Boost revenue by offering more goods and services and increasing sales 
• Offer precise and current sales forecasts 
• Ensure that clients are informed of Sungard AS product and pertinent service developments.

• Have min. 3 years experience in a customer-facing position in a service-oriented IT sector 
• Possess good understanding of the ITIL-defined service management and delivery disciplines 
• Have understanding of recovery services and IT managed services 
• Awareness of Commercial Negotiation; Behavioral Competencies 
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; some familiarity with the MS Office suite
