• The assistant for guest services is responsible for upholding the highest levels of ground operations’ safety, security, and service requirements.

• Checking documents includes issuing a boarding pass, checking passports (for international travel), matching I.D.s (for domestic travel), and checking reservations in the system. 

• letting passengers know about changes to the gate, delays, and other important information 

• boarding cards are processed, identification is verified, and passengers are directed to security checkpoints. 

• Inspection of carry-on items and luggage, with a reference to the team’s rules. 

• boarding passengers onto the plane. 

• removing passengers from the plane. 

• assisting visitors with specific needs, such as wheelchairs or NTLs. 

• Responsible for ensuring that Guest Service activities are carried out in conformity with applicable laws, the standards of Thai AirAsia, and the requirements of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand. 

• Handle paperwork: GD, crew sign, gather immigration cards for departure and arrival. 

• Any occurrences that pose a threat to the security and/or security for the station operations.

• Pleasant, friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Proficient in oral and written English and Thai, or the local language where staff is located.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
