• This role’s objectives include supporting the creation and use of an agile organization-wide learning strategy and agile learning materials, as well as leading agile teams and introducing an agile mentality, principles, and values throughout the Digital Enterprise. • Encourage stakeholders to use Scrum/Agile approaches for defining and achieving important goals and to have an impact on stakeholders from a project, product, and cultural standpoint. 
• Encourage teamwork and engagement to bring technology together, ensuring that it operates in an Agile manner with the final product and the needs of the customer at the forefront. 
• It will be preferred if you have prior experience working in data provisioning and management teams. 
• Define Scrum / Agile methodologies, and work together with stakeholders to improve Agile adoption all the way from the business to the end user. 
• Provide instruction and practical examples of Agile ideas and artifact usage, including user stories, impact maps, story maps, large, visible charts, planning, estimating, governance sessions, etc. 
• Make suggestions for new platforms, products, and commercial prospects by developing new business cases.
• Help to educate and guide the business through the many phases of its Agile transformation journey by leading, coaching, and educating the organization’s senior leadership on the adoption of Agile.

Sun Life Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Experience leading Agile delivery, digital product strategy & execution, digital transformation, innovation, change, and culture transformation for 7–13 years in a professional setting. 
• Have preference for experience in the insurance, financial services, or professional services sectors. 
• Expert in Scrum and Agile techniques (with relevant professional certifications) with a track record of successfully implementing these inside a company with a similar size and complexity to Sun Life. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to efficiently resolve any issues in collaboration with others as necessary; the capacity to proactively identify and prevent potential issues; and the capacity to appropriately develop problem-solving abilities among direct reports and other team members. 
• Must be knowledgeable about promoting agile transformation and adoption across a variety of stakeholders and business divisions, cultures and geographic areas. 
• Have the necessary expertise and understanding to spearhead innovative and successful digital change.
• Possess strong familiarity with online and mobile technologies. 
• Must be able to build fruitful working connections with internal stakeholders both locally and worldwide, as well as expertise in negotiating complicated organizational structures
