MOURI Tech Recruitment 2022 – Job Description

• You will Contribute to the development of automated Functional Integration tests and complete end-to-end tests
• You will Designs, develops, maintains, and also troubleshoots automated suites of tests through CI-CD
• Actively Works with the other engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle
• You will Work closely with software developers to create most software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports.
• You will Work with cross functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment. 
• You will represent team leadership and also provide best technical guidance and training to junior test personnel.

MOURI Tech Recruitment 2022 – Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to Design, and maintain Automation Scripts using selenium, Java

• Work on the Experience in API Testing manual & Automation

• You need to Convert written test cases into comprehensive and also well-structured automated test scripts 

• Need to Follow proper coding and deployment processes using Git. 
• Work on the Usage of CI/CD tools like Jenkins

• You will be actively designing and building Selenium Test 
• Work on the Automation Frameworks is must Experience in TDD/BDD

• You need to Contribute to initiatives to develop, improve and their streamline existing processes

• You will Ensure automated test scripts are robust and also can be used across multiple projects with similar test requirements. 
• Responsible to Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and will escalate immediately to management
• Analyzing and also synthesizing requirements to create test plans and test cases. 

• Responsible to Constantly evaluating the test automation strategy and also approach to identify areas of improvement (i.e. test automation frameworks, data collection methodologies, coding standards, components and other object repository methods, etc.) 

• You will Manage resource and project allocation and also actively work with stakeholders in project prioritization 

• You will Establish automation best practices, framework model, execution metrics 

MOURI Tech Recruitment 2022 – Eligibility Criteria

• Have 2 years of experience in Experience in Selenium , Java & API Testing

• Must have Hands on experience in any Automation Framework like Selenium Webdriver, Detox etc 

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from a Four year College or University. 

• Possess Strong problem identification and solving skills. 
• Possess good Exposure working in an Agile development environment with an understanding of Scrum Methodology
• Have strong working experience in creating Automation test cases based on Manual test cases.

• Have Hands-on experience with SQL and all relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB)

• Have strong Working experience in JIRA, GIT, Bitbucket, and Confluence 

• Must Works well in a multi-disciplined team environment 

• Possess Strong communication skills, oral and written 
• Must be able to engender trust and also can respect of peers and stakeholders 

• Must be Capable of juggling a number of priorities and also delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
