As a Client Service Specialist in Indeed Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll support all clients in their small business segment at different points in their life cycle with Indeed. You’ll also interact with clients via phone, chat, social media platforms and email to help them resolve any issues they may have with their account or to educate them on how to optimize their accounts effectively to reach their best hiring goals. You will have this opportunity to work with Indeed’s product suite and partner with other internal teams to help deliver an outstanding experience on each and every interaction. Their Client Success team provides expert support to their clients, partners and fellow teammates around the globe. You will also focus on collaboration, the ability to adapt to client needs, and work with a passion to approach to service.

Responsible for having a consultative approach to understand the client’s pain points and suggest them a best solution approach to “WOW” them. You will Be an Indeed product expert across their ever-growing suite of products. Educate their clients so that they get the most value from Indeed. Work is driven to achieve Clients Centric KPIs such as CSAT and high Conversion rate. Cooperatively Working in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation will be your day-to-day activity. You will highly responsible to Collaborate with compamus Product, Operations, Search Quality and also Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.

• Have 1+ years of experience in customer service or business-to-business client support
• Have Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and also have pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred
• You can Learn quickly and exhibit tech savvy; your curiosity and passion mean that you can get up to speed and have a good impact from day one.
