• Examine the Manufacturing Process Used by the Manufacturing Team & Ensure Product Quality Have sufficient knowledge of Wall Putty and Tile Adhesive Quality Testing 
• Manage the Team of Quality Control Inspectors Train 
• Prepare Quality Reports as well as MIS for the Directors 
• Resolve Quality Issues at Customers End 
• Participate in New Product Development and Processes

• A. Keep up the quality system in the laboratory 
• Update and maintain the Laboratory’s Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Assurance Manual, and other quality documents. 
• Conduct internal reviews of the Laboratory’s technical and quality management systems. 
• Carry out and record corrective action, including follow-up monitoring to determine whether the corrective action was effective. 
• Carry out laboratory analytical testing. 
• Conduct analytical tests in the lab as directed and report any issues with tests, equipment, or results right away. 
• Adhere to the Laboratory Quality Assurance Manual’s recommended Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures. 
• Assist with administrative responsibilities in the lab. 
• Carry out administrative tasks for the laboratory, such as entering data, calculating and recording analytical results in the proper log book, and collecting samples from clients as needed.
• You will be completing reports, keeping track of the traceability of chemicals and equipment, describing the QA/QC standards, and creating control diagrams in SAP.
