• This role will anchor the development of appropriate technology-based content platforms for training, as well as offer solutions on monitoring and evaluation. 
• This role will work with a Program Coordinator in a small core team, to develop high-quality digital training content and work to support the delivery of the sessions using appropriate technology solutions.
• You need to Plan and execute a digital content strategy that drives very high engagement. And also Stay updated on sector trends and adjust the company content strategy as needed. 
• Collaborate with other team members of the Core Team to implement the Capacity Building Programme 
• Work to Identify and manage vendors to create the best required digital content and delivery platforms 
• Also Collaborate with other members of the Team to use digital channels to promote the company programme and write to publish regular updates. 
• Support the Core Content Team to collect monitoring and evaluation data, to increase effectiveness of the Training Programme and customers outreach 
• You need to Ensure compliance with data and digital laws (e.g., copyright and data protection)
